During Golden Week (GW) in 2021 Japan, four governors issued  an urgent message to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection. The propaganda is "Patience GW". People crossing the prefecture and drinking alcohol on the street became self-restraint. This  year's 101st May Day demonstration was held on Youtube as a SNS, reflecting the times. The proposal announced by the government before the GW was "Request for dispatch of 500 nurses to the Olympic games", but new measures were proposed to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection. Since the prefectural governor is not a member of the Diet, Japanese law cannot create new laws and control the movement of citizen. Therefore, it is commendable that the four governors negotiated with the government and sent a message just before the holidays. It is highly doubtful whether this propaganda will help spread the infection control. The results will be revealed in the coming weeks soon.

   Patience propaganda is a policy that relies on unfound psychological theory. Looking at the movement of people ,the reality is empty. Politics must be more scientific Political Science. This slogan, which forces citizens to "endure" rather than "effort" is simply a pressure political method. This pressure advertisement is neither penalized nor legally binding, and long-distance travel for entertainment purposes is not guilty of anything. Government politics that have controlled the coronavirus, such as Taiwan Audrey Tan's border measures, Israel's vaccine security, and enforced lockdown policies in New Zealand and Australia, are more scientific rather than psychological. In UK, which was once in a very difficult situation, Prime Minister Boris Johnson implemented the following policy. Police have the  authority to disband three or more meetings and those who commit unnecessary and urgent outings will be fined range form € 60 up to € 3,200. This policy is gradually increased empirical restraint effects in the UK.

The current Japanese system, in which the democracy of citizens is restricted under the Constitution, is becoming more and more separated form the common sense of the world. If you really want to control the fast-paced new daily life, it is better to remake the constitution frequently according to the will of the citizens like Germany.
