神経線維腫症1型に対するMEK阻害薬
神経線維腫症1型は17q11.2に位置するNF1遺伝子関連産物のニューロフィブリン異常に伴う浸透率100%の腫瘍性疾患です。指定難病ですが2022年末にMEK阻害薬が開発され著明な臨床効果をあげています。7月17日、我々の研究グループはMEKの最新知見を網羅しJournal of Clinical Medicineに発表しました。図はRas-RAF-MEK1/2のカスケードです。詳しくは、https://www.mdpi.com/2077-0383/14/14/5071
